Escape to the country with this stylish new build design
Australians are craving the slower lifestyle that comes with country living more than ever. Whether it’s the more affordable living cost, relaxed lifestyle or more space to build, many homeowners are looking to make the switch from city to serenity. Coral Homes’ new design is a contemporary twist on acreage living.
The new acreage home design Highlands 36 is a spacious single-storey built for wider blocks of land. With a large alfresco area and three main living spaces, the floor plan has an open-plan flow that brings the outside in.
Drawing inspiration from elements of nature, the design uses a brand new exterior option dubbed Lodge Facade. The organic textures and tones help give a laidback yet contemporary theme to the home. A mix of materials – including timber cladding, stone, render and brick – create a minimalist, natural look for the facade.
“The Highlands 36 is unique because it’s an acreage home that’s a mix of modern and lodge-style design. We’ve created this home with luxury country living in mind,” says Coral Homes’ CEO Steve Foley.
Highlands 36 is currently on display at Everleigh estate, Greenbank QLD. Coral Homes’ acreage designs will soon be available in the crowd-favourite Hamptons facade, as well as more traditional facades.
